When you file a complaint about cancellation & refund to Login2Design Technologies, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your complaint is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel like design, development, and testing. Refund is only made in the extreme situation when we failed to provide nothing good to resolve your issue.
* Operations, Design, Development, and even documentation have not yet started on your project.
* The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification or fixing.
* You haven’t violated our payment terms & conditions
*Important Note: If the above-mentioned points/ terms found violated, we decline your claim and your claim will be canceled without any further process.
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid is retained by Login2Design Technologies and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees n on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is a fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy before making a payment.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Pre & Post Refund Policy
* Refund query is processed, analyzed, and checked by design, develop, and testing team to check the reason for the refund.
* We match your written reason of refund with the agreeable parameters and valid reference points
* If the case of refund is possible, can settle fully or partly, as the case may be
* Sign a proof agreement that you have done on time of agreement at the time of refund claim.
* You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.
